ABOUT SIP CONSTRUCTION

SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) consist of

    Two structural OSB boards

A continuous insulation core (EPS or PUR)

This creates a monolithic structure that combines strength, insulation and airtightness in one building element.
The continuous insulation layer significantly reduces thermal bridging, resulting in outstanding energy performance.

WHY SIP

Energy Efficiency

Continuous insulation keeps heat inside during winter and outside during summer.

Structural Strength

The sandwich panel system provides high load-bearing capacity with low structural weight.

Fast Construction

Factory-produced elements allow rapid on-site assembly without long drying periods.

Sustainability

Materials comply with European standards and ensure long-term durability.

Cost Efficiency

Reduced construction time and lower operating costs improve overall investment value.

FAQ

How long does construction take?

The structural shell can be assembled within 5–10 days. Full project completion typically takes 2–4 months.

Is a SIP home strong and durable?

Yes. The structure meets European structural requirements and is designed for various climate conditions.

Can construction be done in winter?

Yes. Minimal wet processes allow year-round building.

How energy efficient is it?

High insulation values significantly reduce heating and cooling costs.
